Paradigma Land

Paradigma promotes the fact that they are "an American builder with American standards" as well as an eco-friendly developer, a reputation which they continue to live up to as their developments progress.

Another important aspect of the company is their desire to give back to the community always donating and raising funds for charitable projects. This spirit of giving back goes a long way in building strong communities rather than just building houses.

Paradigma Office

I first met many people on the Paradigma team in November 2006 when I traveled to Costa to look at various investment properties. I was met at the airport and given a tour by one of the investment facilitators through several of Paradigma's projects in the southern and central pacific region of the country. I also met with many of the people in the main office from the investment facilitators, to the engineers, marketing representatives, legal representatives and other support staff. The team of individuals that Eric has put together are nothing short of first rate and they always do their best to help in whatever way they can.
